DAILY, WEEKLY AND WINTER MONTHLY RENTAL

 

January 1st to April 30th                        $150/night

May 1st to May 31st                                 $160/night

 

June 1st to June 30th                                $180/night

 

July 1st to September 7th                       $220/night

  

September 8th to September 30th      $180/night

October 1st to October 31st                  $160/night

​

November 1st to December 31st         $150/night

 

 

GST Tax 5% and PST Tax 8% Applicable On Daily And Weekly Rentals

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

 

Due at time of booking:
- 25% of the rental fee is required to complete / hold the booking.

Due 30 days prior to arrival:

- Remaining Balance 

- Refundable security damage deposit of $250 is required for all rentals

​

Please note a $140.00 cleaning charge applies to all rentals.

Cancellation Policy: 

​

If you cancel more that 30 days prior to arrival you will be refunded all money paid to us. (less $100)

 

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

 

If we are able to re-rent the unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover less a $100 handling fee.

There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented.

 

Other Policies:

 

- Maximum 4 adults or 2 adults & 3 children

- Absolutely: NO Smoking / No Pets - In respect to guests who have pet allergies, we operate a no pet policy

- Guests arriving with pets or parties larger than the allowed size for the condo they've reserved will be asked to make alternate arrangements for the extras in their party.
